Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your website must either have something wrong with it that we cannot fix or you are unhappy generally with it and you deem that we cannot put it right.

Upon acceptance of a refund your website will be deleted from our servers and will not be available to you. We will also send back any and all assets that you have suppled to us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
