Pay monthly terms and conditions

This document outlines how our Pay Monthly Services work.

We offer a Pay Monthly Web Design service that allows you to do the following:

  • Pay for your website design in 12 monthly payments.

We do not run a credit check and therefore our Pay Monthly Web Design is open to everyone over the age of 18 years of age.

Conditions:

You will be required to make payments using either a credit or debit card through our shop system, which will automatically take your subscription payment on the same date every month. This is taken from the date that you make your initial order.

Alternatively, you can contact us to set up a Direct Debit instead. This will be debited from your bank account at the same date every month and is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

1.2

  1. You are required to host your finished website with out hosting solution for the duration of the subscription period. This is non-negotiable unless you choose to pay your remaining subscription in full.
  2. We will host your website on our high spec hosting servers for the period mentioned. We will set up all email accounts needed to run your business. You will have full access to the hosting servers cPanel to create emails etc if you need to.
  3. Upon completion of your subscription you are free to leave our services and move somewhere else. We will even help you. If you choose to stay with our services after your subscription ends, we will charge you £40.00 a year.

Our hosting service gives you the following:

  • Unlimited Data Bandwidth
  • Unlimited Storage Space
  • Unlimited Email Accounts
  • 10 Databases
  • PHP My Admin Access
  • 10 FTP Accounts
  • SSL Security Certificate

Non Payment Of Subscription

If for any reason we cannot take your monthly subscription payment, we will try a second time. We will notify you of this.

3.1

If we continue to fail to take your subscription and we have failed to get in touch with you, then we reserve the right to suspend your account. You will always be notified of this in advance. We strongly urge you to talk to us first if you are having financial difficulties as we may be able to help you.

Final Payment:

Upon the final payment of your subscription, your website ownership becomes 100% yours and your subscription payments will automatically stop at this point.
